Registration agreement

I certify that the information I have given during registration, ordering from the online store, owned by brand VONA or otherwise provided by online web store http://vona.ua, qualified as personal data on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine, with which I am familiar may be entered into the database of personal data "Relations with counterparts" brand VONA ("Company") the owner and manager of the database. I know my rights and I provide to the Company my unlimited consent to the processing and using of my data for the following purposes:

• for the registration and identification of the buyer;
• for the renewal of password;
• for marketing purposes: analysis, notifications about news and promotional offers by SMS, e-mail etc. .;
• to meet the obligations of the purchaser;
• to comply with legal requirements relating to the protection of consumers' rights;
• to fulfill other requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

We value your right to privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. True Privacy Policy – is a rule used by all employees of our online store, and regulates the collection and usage of personal information that may be requested / received while visiting our website http://vona.ua, using an online store when you order , correspondence or telephone conversation.
I give my consent to the disclosure of personal data to the third parties to perform brand VONA liability to the buyer, including couriers for the deliver of goods, for the payment of goods, as provided by applicable law.

Order

To make an order in our store is simple. You should:

• choose a product
• put into the basket
• select a delivery
• make payment

Payment
You can make the payment in the following ways:
1. Cash
This payment method is available only if you arrange the delivery via Ukraine. Payment is made in cash upon courier delivery. The courier will issue you a check, you may need in case of return / exchange of goods.
2. Bank cards
We accept payment cards Visa, Mastercard.

Delivery
Delivery methods depend on the place where you would like to have the product received.
Delivery via Kiev and other Ukrainian cities is carried out by courier service Nova Posta within 2-4 working days.  Shipping Cost: according to the tariffs Nova Posta.

3. Delivery worldwide are proceeded in Ukrpochta deliver your goods within 3 weeks.
    Cost: 30 euros
   

Return

According to the Law of Ukraine «Of the rights of consumers' protection», article №9, the Consumer has a right to refuse from the purchase or to exchange it at any time before the courier delivery and after the delivery within 14 days, but only if the goods are fully safe, all labels and the documents that confirm the fact of the purchase are available.
During this period the Consumer is obliged to inform the store manager about the decision in written form via email vona.official@gmail.com marked in the subject line: «RETURN» or by phone +38 067 936 26 72.
The price of goods shall be returned to the Consumer within 14 days after the goods received by online store with cash payment and (TBD) days when paying by card and a written request from the Customer (described in the application in free form by email) about product and cash return.
When returning goods to online store only the cost of the goods would be reimbursed, the delivery cost is of no return.
The returning of the goods to the store the delivery  is paid by the Customer.
Non-refundable goods (according to Government Act № 172 of March 19, 1994)

• Hosiery and knitted underwear products.
• Personal hygiene items (pins, and other similar products).
